Leah Cole is a California Real Estate Broker (DRE Lic. #01505337) and owner of Leah Cole Realty, a third-generation, family-owned brokerage that has proudly served North County San Diego for more than 38 years. Having grown up in the family business, Leah was immersed in real estate from an early age and now proudly carries on her family’s legacy of serving buyers and sellers with integrity, expertise, and exceptional customer service.

Leah specializes in mobile and manufactured home sales while also representing buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condominiums, and vacant land throughout Southern California.

Based in San Marcos, Leah and her team serve clients throughout North County San Diego, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Valley Center, and Fallbrook, as well as Murrieta and Temecula.

Leah has been selling real estate full-time since 2005 alongside her husband, Jamie Fernandez.
